The Bruce Morrison Visa Program, active from 1992 to 1995, enabled Irish citizens to live and work in the United States.

Over 40% of the allotted visas were granted to immigrants from the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, fostering opportunities for thousands and shaping the Irish-American community.

This commemoration, spearheaded by passionate advocates Loretta Brennan Glucksman, Elaine Brennan and Niall O’Dowd, will recognize Bruce Morrison’s pivotal role in the program’s inception. We are also launching a special initiative to connect with recipients and highlight the program’s lasting legacy.
