“The Morrison Legacy Foundation" is a non-profit charitable foundation organized in Delaware on March 12, 2025. It has applied to the IRS for recognition of its status as a 501(c)(3) organization. As such, all donations to it will be recognized as deductible retroactively to the date of its original formation on March 12, 2025.
